Diesel generator installation

DG installation looks routine until it fails at the moment it is needed. We install DG sets from 15 kVA to 2000 kVA with attention to the details that determine reliability: correct foundation with anti-vibration mounting, exhaust routing with adequate silencer sizing, ventilation and air-change calculation for the DG room, fuel line and day-tank layout, and AMF panel logic properly configured for mains-failure changeover time.

HT / LT and distribution

Transformer erection and charging, HT panel installation, LT panels, bus ducts, APFC and capacitor banks, cable trays, LT distribution, lighting and small power. All cabling is meggered before and after termination, and every circuit is documented in an as-built schedule.

Earthing and protection

Chemical and conventional earthing to IS 3043, earth resistance measurement, equipotential bonding, lightning protection and surge protection devices — because most equipment failures trace back to a poor earth.

Testing & commissioning

Insulation resistance, continuity, phase sequence, relay setting and injection testing, and functional load testing. The client receives a full commissioning dossier with test values, panel schedules, single-line diagrams and O&M instructions.
