Our Delivery Process
Nine stages that every BRESPL project passes through — from first enquiry to after-sales support.
Enquiry & Requirement Study
We listen first. Scope, location, timeline and constraints are captured in a structured requirement note so nothing is assumed later.
Site Survey & Assessment
Our engineers visit the site, carry out survey and soil or structural assessment, and record the conditions that will drive the design.
Design & Estimation
Engineering design, bill of quantities and a transparent estimate — with assumptions and exclusions stated in writing.
Proposal & Agreement
A clear proposal covering scope, programme, payment terms and acceptance criteria. No hidden conditions.
Planning & Mobilisation
Baseline programme, procurement schedule, manpower deployment and a documented quality and safety plan before work starts.
Execution & Supervision
Site execution under dedicated supervision with daily progress reporting against plan and photographic records at every stage.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Material tests, dimensional checks, electrical testing and hold-point inspections — recorded, not remembered.
Handover & Documentation
As-built drawings, test reports, warranty documents and a closed punch list handed over as one complete file.
After-Sales Support
Defect liability support and optional maintenance contracts so the asset keeps performing after handover.
What You Get at Handover
Documentation is part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.
As-Built Drawings
Final drawings reflecting what was actually built, not what was planned.
Test Reports
Concrete cube results, electrical test values, torque records and earth resistance readings.
Photo Documentation
Dated stage-wise photographs covering every hold point.
Closed Punch List
Every snag raised during acceptance, resolved and signed off.
