Assembly and erection of GBT, RTT, monopole and camouflage towers with certified riggers, calibrated lifting tackle and full work-at-height compliance.
Steel in the sky, executed safely
Tower erection is where engineering meets discipline. BRESPL erects Ground Based Towers, Roof Top Towers, monopoles, poles and camouflage structures for telecom operators, infrastructure providers and enterprise networks — with safety and verticality treated as non-negotiable.
Method
Members are checked against the fabrication drawing and galvanising standard at receipt. Assembly is done on ground in sections wherever site allows, minimising time at height. Lifting uses calibrated winches, certified slings and derricks with a documented rigging plan for each lift. Every bolt is tightened to the specified torque and recorded — no exceptions and no sampling shortcuts.
- Pre-erection — foundation verification, anchor bolt level and diagonal check, material reconciliation.
- Erection — section-wise assembly, plumbing and alignment, final verticality within 1:1000.
- Fixtures — antenna mounts, RRU brackets, feeder ladder, cable tray, waveguide and clamp systems.
- Safety systems — permanent ladder, fall-arrest rail, safety cage, aviation obstruction lighting.
- Earthing — tower body earthing, continuity testing and earth resistance measurement.
Safety culture
All climbers hold work-at-height training and undergo periodic medical fitness checks. Full-body harnesses with double lanyards, retractable fall arresters and rescue plans are mandatory on every mast. Toolbox talks precede each shift, and no lift begins without a supervisor’s go-ahead. Our incident record is something we protect deliberately, not accidentally.
Handover
Sites are handed over with torque records, verticality report, earth resistance values, aviation light test, photographic documentation and a punch-list closure sheet — everything an operator’s acceptance team needs in one file.
